How do i prevent falling sick due to exertion after goin through a tough workout suddenly?
It may be a weird question but i dont work out a lot because of my commitments to college and other work. But i do enjoy going on excursions and cycling trips. Ill be going on one soon after a long time and ill be really exerting myself. I do know that a sudden exertion may not be healthy for me but i wont over exert. However what i also know is that later when my body cools down rapidly my immune system will be left vulnerable and i will fall sick with a fever or a cold. This because its happened before. Therefore id like to take the right precautions.
Firstly tell me if what i believe about my immune system is true or not?
Secondly what should i avoid after sudden over exertion to prevent possibilty of sickness?
Is drinking cold water or taking a cold bath really not recommended?? Im confused some say its okay some say its not and i shud maintain a room or luke warm temperature.
Any other advice?
Your body needs to be protected before & after you work out. I found tremendous relief with XS & Trim products that I found. They help your body to build & protect you muscle tissues while you are working out.
