erence (APHC) termed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s claim to stop flow of water to Pakistan as ridiculous.

ervice, in a statement issued in Srinagar the APHC spokesman said that such rude assertions were morally low. He said that natural resources were divine and no human could dare to claim their control on them. “Most of these water resources originate from and flow through the Valley.
